The role

PA DECA is opening a Director of Operations seat — a new contract role that will own the executional engine of the association. Conferences, chapter advisor support, and membership operations all live here, in close partnership with the Executive Director.

The work spans the State Career Development Conference in Hershey each February, regional career days with the 76ers, Flyers, and Penguins, day-to-day advisor support across all 12 districts, and membership administration for 8,600+ students.
