PA DECA's pre-season leadership intensive for incoming chapter officers and their advisors — three days at the Hershey Lodge to set up the year ahead.

Officers arrive in June for hands-on training in the skills that make a chapter actually work — running productive meetings, raising money, and standing in front of a room with presence. By Friday afternoon, your team leaves Hershey with a shared playbook and a head start on the year ahead.
