Pennsylvania DECA is led by a paid executive team and governed by a Board of Directors representing each of our twelve districts. We operate under a charter from DECA Inc., established in 1960.
A PA DECA member since 2012, Josh started in high school and served as PA DECA State Vice President. His volunteer roles have included Chapter Officer Summit Coordinator and Written Event Coordinator. An entrepreneur, he owns a digital marketing and website development agency serving clients nationwide.
A PA DECA member since 2015 at Bethel Park High School, Lexi served as chapter president and as the 2018–19 District 3 Representative. She has since volunteered as a judge and helped run state operations. She works as a new real estate agent in Western Pennsylvania, drawing on 9+ years in customer service, management, and hospitality, and runs a small business offering graphic design and social media management.
Involved with PA DECA since 2015 at Bethel Park High School, Alyssa has managed production at SCDC since her student years. She graduated from Penn State University in 2022 with degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems and currently works in Analytics for DICK'S Sporting Goods.

Each PA DECA district is represented by an educator on our Board. They run district competitions, mentor new advisors, and steward DECA's mission in their region.
